SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship our products using the service of two different carriers, USPS and UPS. You may choose your preference at checkout.

We are not responsible for returned packages due to incomplete or wrong addresses. We encourage our customers to verify their addresses before placing an order.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your purchase.
We offer Free Shipping on orders of $45 Domestic us and $75 on International orders.

Allow processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Delivery time within the United States is 3 to 5 days, and 10 to 15 business days internationally.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
